Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 3, 2026

Nexwave ("Nexwave," "we," "us," or "our") operates a read-only software analytics service that helps sophisticated traders evaluate capital efficiency on Hyperliquid. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our website, applications, or related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Nexwave is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or exchange. We do not provide investment advice; we provide software-generated analytics and documentation based on information you choose to share with us.

1. Information we collect

1.1 On-chain identifiers. When you request an audit or submit an application, you may provide a public blockchain address associated with Hyperliquid activity. Wallet addresses are inherently public on-chain data; we use them only to scope read-only analytics you request.

1.2 Contact information. We collect email addresses and optional messaging handles (for example, Telegram or Discord) so we can communicate about your application, deliver reports, and coordinate calls you schedule.

1.3 Application content. We store the free-text responses you submit as part of qualification forms. This helps us assess fit and scope for any audit engagement.

1.4 Technical data. Like most websites, we may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, timestamps, and referring URLs) for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics. We do not sell this data.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to operate the Services, deliver audit deliverables, improve models and internal tooling, communicate with you, comply with law, and protect the security and integrity of Nexwave systems. We do not use your data to train public models unless we obtain explicit written consent for a specific program.

3. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where the GDPR or similar frameworks apply, we rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests (service improvement and security), and consent where required (for example, marketing communications if we ever offer an opt-in list).

4. Retention and security

We retain application and audit materials for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption at rest for stored audit results and contact details where technically feasible.

5. Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with vendors who help us run the Services (for example, email delivery, hosting, or database providers) under confidentiality and data processing terms. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. International transfers

If you access the Services from outside the country where our servers operate, your information may be transferred across borders. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. Because wallet addresses are public identifiers, deletion may be limited where we must retain minimal records for compliance or dispute resolution.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
